USCIS announced minor inflation increases to certain immigration fees established under H.R. 1 for fiscal year 2027. The adjustments reflect inflation from July 2025 through July 2026 and are part of the annual fee updates required by the law. The new fees take effect on October 16, 2026. Requests postmarked on or after that date must include the updated fee for the applicable immigration benefit. USCIS will reject requests submitted without the correct filing fee.
